Content was lengthy but simple, including financial statements. Exams were fairly straightforward though at times the sample answers were misleading(particularly around example financial statements differing from examples from coursework). Tutorials go on for a bit too long but they are useful for practicing exam style responses.

a great introduction into accounting, taught very well and easy to grasp the concepts. only gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it isn't particularly intellectually stimulating--the exams were very straightforward in the sense that if you did the weekly modules, the exam questions would not deviate much from that content.

pretty fundamental accounting stuff that business students should know. if you've done accounting in high school this should be a breeze. everything is in the textbook so do have a good read of it before attempting the quizzes and the individual assignment. everything they ask come mostly from the book, the MCQ can be weirdly worded sometimes but just have the textbook on your side and you'll be fine.

Not too hard of a unit - however harder if you don't have any background knowledge of accounting beforehand.
